Throwback Thursday #8

Throwback Thursday is a weekly bookish meme hosted by me and Stephanie @Bookfever where we feature books that we've read in the past but are still crazy about. It could be a book you read as a child and still remember and love or maybe just a book that you haven't read in a long time and want to show your love for. Each week we'll be featuring a new random question to answer!

  My pick this week:

Vampire Academy by Richelle Mead

St. Vladimir’s Academy isn’t just any boarding school—it’s a hidden place where vampires are educated in the ways of magic and half-human teens train to protect them. Rose Hathaway is a Dhampir, a bodyguard for her best friend Lissa, a Moroi Vampire Princess. They’ve been on the run, but now they’re being dragged back to St. Vladimir’s—the very place where they’re most in danger...
Rose and Lissa become enmeshed in forbidden romance, the Academy’s ruthless social scene, and unspeakable nighttime rituals. But they must be careful lest the Strigoi—the world’s fiercest and most dangerous vampires—make Lissa one of them forever.

So, in a way I almost did review this, but it wasn't a real review since it was just when I was starting my blog and all I did was say about all in the Vampire Academy series that I loved them and not much else. So this is me saying once again, I love it. I read the entire series in a very short time, going through one book after another. These books are also the biggest book purchase I have ever made with all of them plus getting Bloodlines along with it.
Will never regret that ;D

Question of the week:What's your favorite most recent book?

Origin by Jennifer L. Armentrout for sure! Loooooved it!

How about you?
